Dr. James DiGiuseppi is a founder and partner at Mid Island Veterinary Practice, with a special interest in Medical Oncology, Soft Tissue Surgery, and Internal Medicine.
He received his bachelors degree in Biology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.
He then attended Ross University of Veterinary Medicine where he obtained his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, and finished out his clinical year at University of Florida.
Since graduating in 2019, Dr. James has practiced in Staten Island, where he was born and raised, working with dogs, cats, reptiles, and small mammals, now he offers surgical and medical services for dogs and cats.
On the weekends, Dr. James enjoys spending time with his Golden Doodle, Rocco, and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles.
Dr. Courtney Massa grew up in Staten Island and currently resides in New Jersey with her husband, Matthew.
She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University and later performed her clinical rotation at Cornell University.
Before that, Dr. Massa completed her undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Delhi, receiving an Associates degree in Veterinary Science and Technology.
She continued her education by earning her Bachelors degree in Biology at the University at Albany.
Now, Dr. Massa is a proud founder and partner at Mid Island Veterinary Practice, with a particular interest in Soft Tissue Surgery, Immunology (allergies), and internal medicine.
She has been practicing veterinary medicine in Staten Island since 2019, providing medical care and surgical services for dogs and cats.
Dr. Massa’s profound love for animals is proven by her eagerness to learn and to advance her education in all fields of veterinary medicine.
When not at the office, Dr. Massa enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends, and beloved Pitbull, Tito. Beyond that, you might find her quarrelling with Dr. James over their favorite football rivalry… Let’s go Chiefs!
