At Mid Island Veterinary Practice, caring for pets goes hand in hand with caring for the community we call home. From rescue partnerships and TNR events to school visits and local fundraisers, we’re proud to give back to the people and organizations that support Staten Island’s pets and families.

We are committed to the future generations of veterinary professionals. We work with United Activities Unlimited and local schools to share all the fulfilling opportunities a career in veterinary medicine can offer.

Victory 4 the Voiceless Rescue
We’re proud to partner with Victory 4 the Voiceless Rescue, whose mission is to raise awareness about the importance of spay/neuter, manage the stray and unwanted animal population, encourage adoptions, and perform Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR). Their goal is to give animals a second chance at a better life and a happy home. Victory 4 the Voiceless Rescue’s work aligns closely with our values, and together, we’re making a difference for Staten Island’s community cats.

Cats of any size or age, and dogs under a year old, weighing less than 50 pounds.
Neuters
Dogs and cats of any size or age.
