Carli grew up in Staten Island surrounded by animals, and that early exposure sparked a lasting curiosity—she always wanted to learn more about how to care for and help the animals around her. Today, as a Receptionist at Mid Island Veterinary Practice, she’s often the first friendly face pets and their families see when they walk through the door.
What she loves most about her role is meeting every pet who comes into the hospital and making sure their loving owners feel understood and welcomed. She doesn’t point to any single standout moment from her time here—for Carli, every pet and every person who cares for them means a lot, and getting to greet them all is what makes the job meaningful.
At home, Carli has two dogs, Jazzy and Kelsi, along with a snake named Blaze. She considers her pets her best friends and loves being able to give them the support and care they need—the same care she brings to every family she welcomes at the practice.
